- How much does PhoneLive cost?
- PhoneLive is a flat monthly subscription. Each plan includes a dedicated phone number, a set number of concurrent callers, and a bundle of listening minutes; usage beyond the bundle is billed per minute. Plans scale with the size of your congregation or community, so a 100-member church and a county board pay very differently.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. The free 30-day sandbox includes one dedicated toll-free number and three concurrent callers, with no credit card required. It auto-expires after 30 days, and you can upgrade at any point to keep your number and your settings.
- What counts as a minute?
- One minute of one person listening. If ten members each listen to a 60-minute service, that is 600 listening minutes. Call logs show exactly how minutes were used, so there are no billing surprises.
- Do we pay per member or per caller?
- Neither. You pay for the plan and the listening minutes your community actually uses. There are no per-seat licenses and no charge for adding people to your call list.
- Are there setup fees or contracts?
- No setup fee and no long-term contract. Plans are month to month, and you can change or cancel as your needs change.
- Do you offer nonprofit or government pricing?
- Most PhoneLive customers are churches and local governments, and pricing is built for those budgets from the start. For larger deployments — multi-campus churches, counties, or statewide programs — book a demo and we will scope a plan to your call volume.
- What is included in every plan?
- A dedicated local or toll-free number, unlimited broadcasts, automatic outbound calling when you go live, 24/7 dial-in replay, detailed call logs, and support. There is no hardware to buy and nothing to install.
